About
Tammy Earnhardt is a behavioral health strategic advisor with more than 30 years of experience driving growth and development across healthcare systems. She spent nearly two decades at Health Connect America, a behavioral health and foster care provider headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, where she rose to Senior Vice President. There she worked at the point where strategy meets daily operations: growth across state lines, new models of integrated care, and the workforce those models depend on.
She founded Earnhardt Consulting in 2025 to bring that experience to other behavioral health and child welfare organizations. Her work focuses on the decisions that shape an organization's next chapter: where to grow, how to integrate care, how to navigate regulation, and how to keep the people who deliver the care.
Tammy also serves on the Professional Advisory Board of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga School of Social Work, where she helps connect academic preparation with the realities of frontline practice.
Since October 2025, she has also served as a Project Expert with GLG, the expert network, where organizations consult her on behavioral health strategy and growth.
